World Building
Full character bibles have been written for all 19 characters in Project Blood God. Each document covers physical profile, psychological depth, relationships, arc, voice and dialogue guide, and design notes. The cast spans four factions across three kingdoms, with demon hierarchy figures, church operatives, political figures, and independent actors.

Gameplay
Three new mechanics added to the development queue with complete Blueprint implementation plans. Parry uses a 0.4s timing window triggered by enemy Anim Notify. Flying Mount uses VROrigin socket attachment. Meld uses BP_ShadowZone overlap volumes for shadow detection.

World
The known world of Shaxal fully documented with all three kingdoms, four bodies of water, five mountain passes, and the Cathedral of Lairut at the geographic center. The map image has been integrated into the project context.

Gameplay
Damage UI, Sprint, Stealth, Blink, War Path, Knockback by Position, Soul Sucker, Charge, Class Change, Disarm, Dismemberment, Hemorrhage, and Combat BGM Controller all cleared for testing phase.
